Play at Being a Ninja!

Small and tall alike, there’s no age limit to having fun at Granby’s Motion Parc évolutif! In this training centre, you’ll be able to practise a wide range of fun sports activities such as the Parkour, the Ninja Warrior and the Airbag. In this new concept sports centre, you don’t need to be a technical expert to come and have fun.

Go from module to module, jump on giant airbags or test your agility playing a giant interactive video game. Here, even the little ones have access to a specially adapted, safe area to have fun.

Meet Animals From All Around the World

If you’re visiting Granby or the surrounding area, a visit to the Zoo de Granby is a must in the Townships. Welcoming animals from the four corners of the world, how can you resist the piercing gaze of a Snow Leopard or the surprising attitude of a two-toed sloth?

As you follow the well-marked pathways, you’ll meet the many residents of the Zoo de Granby, 25% of them having an endangered species status in the wild. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn more about these animals while enjoying a unique close-up experience.

Finding the Perfect Culinary Alchemy

When Poland meets Québec in the culinary arts, we promise you, it’s worth the trip! Surprising as it may seem, this unexpected culinary fusion is the specialty of Granby’s Bistro Kapzak.

Whether it’s tapas to share or a gourmet table d’hôte, adapt your order to your appetite and your curiosity.

Spend the Night on the Shores of Lac Boivin

Travel to Europe for a night simply by staying in a room at Granby’s Hôtel Saint-Christophe. From the outside, the hotel’s European architecture and view overlooking the lake are sure to capture your heart! Inside, the renovated rooms, with their perfect blend of modern details and furniture styled after European castles, create a comfortable and inspiring atmosphere. An absolute must: the Nordic spa and the Bistro Picollo restaurant!

Start With a Little Sports Action

Your day will get off to a great start in Bromont. Would you prefer to go cycling or climbing? Either way, we’ve got just what you’re looking for! The only one of its kind in Québec, the Centre national de cyclisme de Bromont invites you to try your hand at track cycling in its brand new indoor velodrome. Quickly build up your speed and take to the track lap after lap!

If you prefer the finesse of movement to sustained muscular effort, there’s no doubt that you’ll enjoy yourself more at the BackBone Boulder climbing centre. Alongside its climbing boulders, you’ll find a café bar and, especially, people who feel passionate about what they do.

Renewing Your Energy

Every Sunday, Le Roux (restaurant, wine bar, snack bar and wine cellar) hosts its famous New York-style Sunday Brunch, featuring oysters and bubbles. It’s all about gathering, sharing and eating local! On the menu, you’ll find food mainly from within a 50 km radius and the rest is sourced from across Québec. So any reason is good to treat yourself. And after your morning workout, a hearty plate of food is just what you need to recharge your batteries. Enjoy the duck bacon, the mirror eggs, the hummus with grilled aubergines, the salmon gravlax and anything else you fancy.

Relax Your Muscles

In the afternoon, it’s time to relax! While Bromont is renowned for its varied and accessible range of sports activities, the town also boasts being the venue for Québec’s largest spa domain and natural oasis. Nestled in the mountains and overlooking Lake Gale, find your way to BALNEA spa & réserve thermale and enjoy their new infinity hot tub.

Surrounded by silence, from the panoramic view of one of the four saunas, open your eyes to the world around you. Between the hot tubs and hammams, the cold water basins and the recovery areas, everything here is an invitation to recharge your batteries and relax.

Experience Wild Local Cuisine

Head out for a late afternoon stroll through the heart of Bromont’s old village. At the front of Shefford Street, the wooden terrace that catches your eye is none other than that of Le Chardo, a restaurant and wine bar offering a contemporary cuisine and, as they like to call it, wild!

The food served here comes almost exclusively from our lakes and forests or from our producers.

Allow yourself a night to Recover

What better way to end your Bromont excursion than with a relaxing night in a hotel? At the foot of Mount Brome, the Château Bromont opens its doors to you for a chic and cozy stay. Here, in addition to its excellent restaurant and thermal spa, you can choose to try your hand at golf or simply head out for a walk.

Right next door to Balnea spa & réserve thermale, the rooms, studios and apartments of Hôtel Beatnik hold many surprises for its visitors. A cross between hotel accommodations and cottage rentals, the Beatnik aims to offer a very authentic gathering place. A true must!

Follow the Wine Route

The long-awaited solar eclipse day is finally here!

Before the astronomical festivities begin, you still have a little time. While you’re on your way to your observation site, make the most of these hours to see even more of the Eastern Townships. On the way, be sure to stop by one of the 4 vineyards (out of 22) that make up the Sutton-Lake-Brome axis of La Route des Vins de Brome-Missisquoi.

Take a Front Row Seat!

Renowned for the quality of its starry skies and its mountains, Sutton is an ideal destination for observing the solar eclipse in the Eastern Townships. At the mountain resort of Au Diable Vert, if you’ve booked an accommodation for April 8, a special day awaits you! For this special occasion: you’ll be offered a bilingual guided tour with an astronomer from the ObservEtoiles open-air planetarium.

For the rest of you, there’s good news: if you book an entrance reservation, visitors for the day will also be welcome at the resort. A pair of eclipse observation glasses will even be provided at the gate!

Falling Asleep Under the Stars

After all the distance you’ve travelled to observe the solar eclipse, make the most of your stay in the Townships for one last night. If you’re still exhilarated by this afternoon’s astronomical phenomenon, the beauty of Sutton’s night sky will be the perfect way to complete your experience.

For a night in the heart of nature, Huttopia Sutton campground invites you to stay in peaceful ready-to-camp accommodations in the middle of the forest. All you’ll need to do is look up and admire the celestial canopy!

In the heart of the town, the 20th-century Victorian residence lodging the charming boutique hotel Le Pleasant is an excellent destination to return to, once you’ve finished contemplating the starry sky.
