Again this year, the majestic Grand Cru will be cruising on Lake Memphremagog for the greatest pleasure of its passengers. On board this beautiful boat with its wide fenestration, you’ll experience a very unique moment! Whether you opt for their brunch, lunch or dinner formula, you’ll not only enjoy a delicious meal, you’ll also be charmed by the performances of talented musicians. Those who have a little less time can choose the one-hour-thirty-minute or the two-hour package that will take them out on the lake. No matter which option you prefer, your outing will be enhanced by information capsules which will have you learn all sorts of things about our region.
Suggestion: During the Sherblues & Folk Festival, Escapades Memphrémagog will offer three intimate dinner shows on board the Grand Cru: Cécile Doo-Kingué and her unique soul sound (July 3), Pascale Picard with an acoustic performance (July 4) and singer Jordane with her warm voice (July 5).
For a memorable experience, this summer embark on the Orford Express tourist train, and once on board you’ll discover the most beautiful landscapes of the Townships, between Sherbrooke, Magog, Eastman and Bromont. Here again, you have plenty of options to choose from. If you wish to take advantage of delicious food offerings, choose the brunch, lunch or dinner formula. That extra touch? Dine accompanied by the fine sounds offered by guest singers. The blues will find its way on the Orford Express this summer as well. So, from July 4 to July 6, you’ll be entertained by the performances of several artists, among them, the great harmonica player, Jim Zeller, and folk singer Sam Tucker.
Suggestion: From June 29 to August 31, every Saturday at 6 :00 p.m., the renowned sommelier Jessica Harnois will host a very special event package during which you’ll be invited to learn more about wine tasting. The Dégustation Vegas formula includes an excellent 3-course dinner with a wide selection of main dishes (among others, red tuna, kangaroo and tempeh!) and commented wine tastings. Perfect for your future dinner parties when you’ll want to impress your guests!
