Because our region’s pastry shops and bakeries offer excellent products that are well worth knowing and savouring, choose a Yule log cake made in the Townships to brighten your Holiday meal. Encourage our local businesses and really treat yourself!

  • Pâtisserie Doreville – Eastman
    To enhance the dessert moment during the Holidays, Pâtisserie Doreville offers different flavors of logs: vanilla chocolate, exotic, spiced chocolate parfait and their Nutcracker log.
  • Pâtisserie Duquette – Sherbrooke
    This year, you’ll find six decadent Yule logs featured here, including a vegan version: Black Forest, maple, chocolate-hazelnut, caramel, chocolate, and classic. The choice is all yours! Order online.
  • Les Vraies Richesses – Sherbrooke
    This year, three creations are featured here: the 3 Chocolates Yule Log, the Paradiso (lime mousse, passion fruit mousse and raspberry bits), and the Saint-Nicolas (red fruit mousse and vanilla cream). They’ll also offer their Crema cake (cream cheese mousse and blueberry confit). Order in shop.
  • Chocolats Vanden Eynden – Magog
    A classic log or a gourmet log? You’ll have to decide between the two! Chocolate, praline, choco-rock, pear-caramel and choco-raspberry are the flavours featured this year. Several sizes available.
  • Mange Ta Main Garde l’autre pour Demain – Lac-Mégantic
    This year, two Yule logs from Joly Gâteries are offered at the café-caterer Mange Ta Main Garde l’Autre Pour Demain: the Ferrero (a creamy combination of two chocolates, dark chocolate mousse, and Ferrero) and the Raspberry & Cream Cheese (cream cheese mousse, raspberry jelly, whipped cream, and pieces of cheesecake). Available upon order.
  • Laiterie de Coaticook – Coaticook
    Ice cream logs available in two flavors (maple taffy or traditional) that will delight the whole family!
  • Au Cœur du Pain - Racine and Sherbrooke
    Several flavors of Yule logs will be available at Au Cœur du Pain this year: the Maple Grove, the Pistachio Crunch, the Pink Lemonade, and the Sparkling Decadence. Order online or by phone!
  • Chez Dora Boulangerie Artisanale – Eastman
    Here’s the diverse selection of Yule logs and cakes available this holiday season at Boulangerie Dora: the Vanilla and Raspberry Yule Log, the Black Forest Yule Log, the Queen Elizabeth Cake, the Carrot Cake, the Maple Pecan Mousse Cake, the Chocolate Mousse Cake, and the famous Donut Cake!
