The Delights of the Petits Torrieux Farm

Nestled in the heart of nature, this charming family farm is a true treasure trove for lovers of quality local food. At the Ferme des Petits Torrieux, you'll find carefully raised meats (free of hormones and antibiotics), homemade charcuterie, pies and tourtières cooked on-site, not to mention maple products from the Petits Torrieux Sugar Shack available year-round. In summer, the garden overflows with fresh vegetables, while autumn brings a bounty of colorful squash. Their fresh eggs, available all year long, are also a big hit!

La Pinte

We’ll never say it enough: all the La Pinte products are of an amazing finesse and exquisitely rich. This artisanal dairy, located in Ayer’s Cliff, sources its products exclusively from local farms producing organic milk from their Jersey cows. The result is an absolutely decadent range of milk, cream and chocolate milk, all 100% natural. You’ll find their pretty glass bottles in several grocery stores.

Arôme des Champs's oils

In Bromont, on over 200 hectares of certified organic land, the Arôme des Champs Oil Mill and Farm carefully produces its own sunflower seeds, which are then transformed into a cold-pressed oleic oil with a delicate hazelnut flavor. Versatile and flavorful, it enhances everything from salad dressings to baked goods and stir-fried dishes. In addition to oil, the mill also offers organic grains, sauces, condiments, body care products, fermented goods, and more!

Laiterie de Coaticook

Another great family enterprise that has known a huge critical success. We must say that the Laiterie Coaticook’s two-litre ice cream containers have found their place in the homes of Quebec families, who adore its authentic taste and natural flavours. Psst! Fromagerie La Station

This Compton cheese factory, develops its cheeses using only organic raw cow’s milk, and has constantly been the recipient of all kinds of awards. The latest ones? The Prix Caseus awarded its well-known Alfred le Fermier as Best Raw Milk Cheese, and its Chemin Hatley received the Best Organic Cheese distinction. It’s also important to know that some of the Fromagerie La Station’s expertise has been handed down through four generations!

Les Vraies Richesses

Les Vraies Richesses has quickly become an absolute must in Sherbrooke (we’ve heard that many don’t mind driving for many kilometres to get to their shop). Here, they make breads, Viennese pastries, and other treats that rival with the best Quebec artisanal bakeries. Would you be surprised to learn that their sour dough baguette took first place in the great Concours du meilleur artisan boulanger?
