The park offers many areas for bird watching. Fields, young woodlands and mature forests form mosaic vegetation. The presence of a body of water at the center of a vast park adds to this attraction, The Choiniere Reservoir attracts about a third of the 234 species already observed within the park boundaries. A checklist presenting 150 bird species, most likely to be observed, is available at the park’s welcome centre or on our Web site.
