Located in a former textile factory in Magog, the Fondissimo restaurant welcomes you inside a 19th century industrial architecture where their delicious products are served with attentive care. You’ll be enchanted by the decor and the choice of meats that will make up your plate. From the more classic tables d’hôte to discovering new dishes (including kangaroo, elk or boar), you’re sure to find something to your liking. Combine this with the pleasure of bringing your own wine and you’ll enjoy several hours of delicious tastings in a cozy setting brimming with history. Pure bliss!

To savour a delicious meal that brilliantly combines local ingredients with fine cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, head to the restaurant Les Mal-aimés. A mouth-watering menu concocted by the chefs of l'Empreinte cuisine soignée and Le Cuisinier déchaîné will be sure to delight you! Prepared with the fruits and vegetables grown by the Jardinier déchaîné, the dishes on your menu change with the seasons. If you're looking to be amazed, hurry on over to Les Mal-aimés!

To taste local flavours inside a breathtaking architectural environment, this is what the Ferme Au pied levé in Magog offers you. The evening menu includes ingredients that come mostly from the farm itself, and promises an unforgettable experience. Set side by side, you’ll discover, among others, guinea fowl meat pie, beet salad with duck, mustard veal shank… And there’s even more good news because you can bring your own wine!

Spending an evening in both a restaurant AND a cultural performance hall is what you’ll discover when you stop at Beat & Betterave in Frelighsburg. This friendly restaurant which also brews tasty beers proposes a savoury local cuisine (in fact, extremely local since the owners pick their vegetables in their garden!), also serves as a performance venue, and not just any performances. This autumn, among others, you’ll enjoy seeingFanny Bloom, Joe Grass, Beyries and Karkwa.

You wish to go out for supper with your family, but you can’t find a friendly restaurant where your children are kindly received? L'Attelier Archibald, in Granby, keeps its promises and will welcome your family with their unique and delicious children’s menu. You’re not afraid of surprises and immersive experiences? Well, then, head out on Friday and Saturday evenings to the Manoir aux Mystères, in Sainte-Catherine-de-Hatley, for a dinner show where colourful and funny characters are at your service all evening long. Imagine the Addams Family recycled as waiters, and voilà! This is what you can expect here! delicious fondue served in a strange decor as a bonus!

Are you sad to see that summer is ending? Stop by Guacamole y tequila in Sherbrooke, a super restaurant where the food and the decor will transport you out of this world and submerge you back into the summer warmth! Here, you’ll discover a typical and savoury fare served by an attentive team. With festive cocktails and a totally Mexican ambiance, the restaurant’s latino nights welcome you every fourth Friday of the month starting at 10:00 p.m.!
