Miellerie King - distillery & meadery

The artisans at Miellerie King are committed to offering you quality products that are carefully crafted, made with love from our pure unpasteurized honeys and bursting with flavor. Distillerie B par la Miellerie King is one of the few distilleries that produces its own alcohol from A to Z, from the bee to the bottle. The alcohol is made from honey from our own beehives and most of the aromatics are picked locally whenever possible. In addition to their many spirits, Miellerie King produces exceptional mistelles and liqueurs, as well as many types of meads. Several food products such as pure honeys and artisanal sauces are also available.

The tour of the facilities includes a guided visit explaining life in the beehive, honey packaging, food product manufacturing, the fermentation of honey wines, barrel aging, and the distillation process. An animated tasting of 3 spirits and a souvenir glass are also included in the tour. For those who do not consume alcohol, we can substitute the tasting with a non-alcoholic cocktail made with our honey syrups.

Capacity: 56 people per 1.5 hours (each guide can take a maximum of 26 people. Thus, when groups are larger than 28 people, we split them into 2. The first half starts the tour while the other half does the tasting, and after 30 minutes, they switch places).
