It is the ideal place for appreciating all of the outdoors. Astronomy, geology, biology and ecology come together in a unique natural setting. The Mont-Mégantic National Park is an unforgettable starry sky in the heart of the first International Dark Sky Reserve, a must for short and long hike enthusiasts. 60 km of trails of different levels of difficulty crisscross this imposing massif. This trail network provides access to three peaks of over 1000 metres: Discover the new Franceville sector and its trail along the ridge tops and waterfalls. With its 65 campsites, 10 ready-to-camp Étoile and 10 EXP & Echo cabins, the Franceville sector is the ideal basecamp to take advantage of the trails along the crest and waterfalls. After 25 minutes of driving, we find ourselves in the heart of the sector of the Observatory, where astronomy enthusiasts liven the Astrolab and popular Observatory days and nights. Private or group guided hikes, of 2 or 3 hours, available on demand.
