Passions and dreams are at the heart of a visit to Verger Champêtre – gîte & compagnie. Large enclosures in a natural setting allow you to get up close and personal with our animals, to pet and feed them. Visitors can wander happily along an interprative trail with an alpaca or a miniature horse. Then there’s our new herbal garden highlighting the medicinal side of agriculture, as well as our pine tree plantation and vegetable gardens. There are numerous fruit trees ready for you to harvest, an interpretation centre explaining life on the farm, children’s games, seasonal activities and a wide range of diverse products made from the bounty of our land. The ideal formula, in short, for a memorable outing!

Canards du Lac Brome

Specializing in the production of Peking ducks in Canada since 1912. Buy directly from the farm by visiting our boutique. You will find a wide range of Brome Lake duck products with guaranteed freshness, many of which are exclusive. Discover duck delights by our team of professionals. Fromagerie Saint-Benoit-du-Lac

The monks of the Saint-Benoit-du-Lac abbey have been making cheeses since 1943. With audacity, they were able to create a first blue cheese named “Ermite”. Over time, their know-how has enabled them to develop a dozen cheeses. Made from whole milk, without modified milk ingredients, their method allows them to produce lactose-free cheese. They are also nut-free and gluten-free. Many prizes have been awarded. In 2021, no less than 4 cheeses received an award at various international competitions. In 2019, the Fontina cheese won a "Caseus" prize in Quebec. At the 2016-2017 World Cheese Awards, the smoked blue cheese was awarded a bronze medal. At the 2015 and 2017 British Empire Show, Frère Jacques cheese received second prize. Find them all.

Savon des Cantons / Jardin des Sens

At Savon des Cantons et au Jardin des Sens, you will find Quebec's largest artisanal soap factory, specializing in hyperoxygenated Castile soap, a Savon des Cantons exclusive. We also produce a comprehensive range of plant-based cosmetic products in our laboratories. We are an Ecocert-certified eco-farm for the production of organic sea buckthorn and garlic. We process our harvests on-site into a variety of jellies, spices, sauces, preserves, etc., in the kitchens of Jardin des Sens. We also import a stunning selection of infused olive oils and Modena balsamic vinegars. Explore our sea buckthorn fields and sample our specialties on our covered terrace (gelatos, sandwiches, jellies, jams, mustard, preserves, etc.).

Vignoble Le Cep d'Argent

Within the Vignoble Le Cep d'Argent, the interpretation center of the traditional Champagne method opens its doors on the universe of Champagne, the cradle of Jean-Paul and François Scieur, winemakers-owners. Besides the history of this famous region of France, the Interpretation Centre focuses on the controlled designation of the origin of Champagne while all stages of the production of sparkling wines are deployed and explained as well as the different techniques of serving and tasting. The visit, free admission, is an inspiration to continue the discovery of the Champenois universe of the Eastern Townships.

Verger Le Gros Pierre

VTake a bite in the fall season at the Verger Le Gros Pierre Orchard! More than 10,000 apple trees extend their branches and offer juicy fruits to pick. Enjoy our new varieties of apples from Québec, our natural apple juice, and especially our apple pies and pastries baked on site! Pick-your-own, tractor rides, apple interpretation trail, guided tours available for groups (by reservation), playground for children, picnic, sale of products onsite. Pumpkin picking with our sweet and charming witch Orise! Everything is put into place for a pleasant experience in an authentic orchard.

Fromagerie La Station

Family-owned business in organic farming. Located on the farm, the Fromagerie La Station prepares cheeses made from organic raw cow’s milk. We have opted for organic pastures that give our cheeses a very local flavour. Winner of several regional, provincial and national awards, our products are the reflection of our home-grown produce and the quality of our know-how. Come taste Alfred Le Fermier (firm cheese), the Comtomme (semi-firm cheese) and the Chemin Hatley (firm cheese). Our famous raclette and surprise products are always available for tastings and sale at our boutique.

Domaine Ives Hill

Located in Compton in the Eastern Townships, Domaine Ives Hill specializes in the cultivation and processing of blackcurrant. Discover blackcurrant in a different way with our unique and award-winning alcohols: Orsis, Crème de Cassis (the best!) or our popular Cassigria, while enjoying our terrace. The café has been part of the neighborhood for many years. People from all backgrounds come together and share moments together. Families and children are welcome. We offer home cooked meals from local produce. We encourage local agriculture and small producers. Our goal is to provide you with colorful and tasty dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
