Le Vignoble du Ruisseau

Our sugar shack is open from March 1 to April 30 and from Wednesday to Sunday. We offer a 3 or 6 course meal combining traditional and gourmet cuisine. We prepare more than 30 gluten free products made with maple syrup, available and sold on site.

Vignoble de l'Orpailleur - ÉCONOMUSÉE® du vigneron

The Orpailleur vineyard, a pioneer in its industry in Quebec, established its first vines in 1982 in the beautiful valley of Dunham. Since then, Charles-Henri de Coussergues, wine-maker and co-owner, is constantly pushing his limits to satisfy the wine industry in Quebec. The Orpailleur winery offers thirteen wines and is proud of the increasing national and international recognition from numerous experts. The vineyard has been awarded more than 140 gold and silver medals in various international competitions, a testimony evoking the care that the vineyard puts into the development of its wines.

Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook

Snowshoeing at Parc de la Gorge provides a real sense of freedom. The 21 km trails connect into 5 loops giving families the opportunity to practice or learn this sport and offer amateurs an interesting challenge. Visitors will discover the beauty of nature and the diversity of wildlife in the winter. A 2.5 km trail will allow visitors to conquer the Coaticook Gorge! Snowshoe and crampon rental for adults and children.

Parc Découverte Nature

Two fishing ponds are available for visitors to experience light tackle fishing (equipment provided, no fishing license required). Guides will clean the fish and place them in a bag with ice for the trip home. You can either take your catch home, ready to cook, or prepare it on-site! You can also dive into the interactive adventure, ACOATICA! Your goal in this immersive video game is to create the largest school of fish by earning as many points as possible through various indoor and outdoor adventures.

Vie de Plein air

Take advantage of winter to experience skating on the beautiful ice trail along Lake Memphremagog. You can rent the necessary equipment at Vie de Plein Air, a four-season sports equipment rental center. It is located on the Marais de la Rivière-aux-Cerises River, right by the Montagnarde bike trail and just steps from Magog. In addition to skates, you can rent snow scooters, ski-shoes, snowshoes, or fatbikes.
