Guided tour and tasting The Siboire Dépôt, the first branch to open in November 2007, is located in the heart of downtown Sherbrooke in a heritage building that formerly housed a train station. Visits to the Siboire microbrewery introduce you to our passion, our beers and give you the authentic experience of our brewing adventure. The route is analyzed with historical anecdotes which make it a unique visit of its kind. Accompanied by a guide, you will be able to discover our facilities, the manufacturing process of our beers and the history of Siboire — without forgetting the exclusive tastings included in your visit!
