Located in Dunham at nearly 300 m. in altitude, the Vignoble du Ruisseau inc. has a patent pending technology to grow a large volume of Vinifera grapes varieties in Quebec, all possible due to a geothermal system. An unusual and ingenious way to grow grape varieties in cold climate.
