With our garden on the roof of the restaurant, we also ensure to have an absolute freshness under the principle of the ground to the plate. Our eco-friendly commitment is undoubtedly one of our top priorities as a company to preserve our beautiful planet. The ultimate goal is to become 100% self-sufficient with the purchase of land allowing us to produce our own meats.
